Subscription And Cancellation Policy

Subscription Model

  • Our content is available exclusively through a paid subscription.
  • Users must create an account and choose a subscription plan to access the premium repair guides.
  • The subscription fee is charged as per the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

No Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Once a user subscribes and makes a payment, they will have access to the content for the duration of the subscribed period.
  • No refunds or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Accidental subscription purchases.
    • Non-usage of the subscribed content.
    • Change of mind after payment.
    • Subscription not meeting personal expectations.

No Cancellation Policy

  • Users cannot cancel their subscription once the payment has been processed for the selected term.
  • The subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will expire unless renewed.
  • There is no provision for early termination or partial subscription cancellation.

Subscription Renewal

  • Subscription renewal is not automatic. Users must manually renew their subscription to continue accessing the paid content.
  • If the subscription expires, access to premium content will be revoked until a new subscription is purchased.

Account Termination

  • Users may choose to delete their account at any time. However, deleting an account will not result in a refund of the subscription fee.

Payment Processing & Disputes

  • Users agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for valid subscription purchases.
